1lb Jumbo Shrimp
JoJo's Shrimp Batter
All Purpose Flour
Heat vegetable oil in an electric deep fryer to 350 F.
Combine 1 cup of shrimp batter with 1 1/2 cups of water. Mix thoroughly until batter is smooth.
Place 2 cups of all-purpose flour into bowl or pan.
Dip 1 pound of peeled and devained shrimp one by one into the batter.
Place shrimp in the flour and coat thoroughly.
Carefully place shrimp into the deep fryer one by one.
Let Shrimp fry for 2-5 minutes or until all the shrimp are golden brown. Remove from oil and drain. As always, use caution when cooking with hot oil.
