JoJo’s Seasoning begins shipping January 1, 2026. The ÉLEVÉ Fryer begins shipping January 1, 2026. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Yes. You can place them in the same order. Each item will still ship on its individual shipping date and may arrive separately.

Preorders are paid in full at checkout. This reserves your item in the first production run. You will receive a preorder confirmation email as soon as your order is complete.

You will receive an email update before your order ships and a second email with tracking once it leaves our facility.

Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with your updated address. Address changes must be made before your order ships.

Seasoning can be returned within thirty days only if they are sealed, unused, and in original condition. Due to food safety requirements, opened jars or bags cannot be returned.

The fryer can be returned within thirty days if unused and in original packaging with all accessories included. If the item is defective or arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.

If your order contains multiple items with different ship dates, they will ship separately. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not been shipped. Once an item has left our facility, the standard return policy applies.
