Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in United States currency. Payment is required at the time of purchase, including preorder items. We reserve the right to adjust pricing when necessary.
Preorders
When you place a preorder, you are reserving an item before it is ready to ship. Preorder items will include an estimated ship date on the product page. By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to the stated timeline. If timelines change, you will be notified by email.
Shipping
Orders are processed within our standard fulfillment window unless otherwise noted. Shipping times may vary based on carrier volume, location, or weather. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. For the ÉLEVÉ Fryer, packaging and shipping cost may be higher, but it will be shipped with full tracking for your convenience.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within thirty days of delivery for most unused items in their original packaging. Seasonings must be sealed and unopened to qualify for a return. The ÉLEVÉ Fryer must be unused, include all accessories and be returned in the original packaging. If any parts or packaging are missing, a restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Preorder cancellations must also be requested before the item ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the return policy will apply.
Intellectual Property
All trademark logos, product names, packaging designs and website content are the property of JoJo’s Seasoning. Use of this content without permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
JoJo’s Seasoning is not responsible for any indirect incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products or website. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
