1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
2. Free standard shipping is included for U.S. orders over $75.
3. Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
4. International shipping: available, with rates calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
5. For the ÉLEVÉ Fryer (a larger, heavier item): packaging and shipping cost may be higher, but it will be shipped with full tracking for your convenience.
6. A tracking number will be sent via email once the package ships, and you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days for most U.S. orders.

7. If an item is unavailable at the moment or offered as a preorder, we will update you by email with the estimated ship date.

1. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition and with original packaging.
2. For the seasonings (sealed food products), please ensure the seal is intact and the product is unopened to qualify for a return or exchange. Due to food-safety and hygiene considerations, opened or used seasoning cannot be returned for a refund (but may qualify for an exchange if there is a defect).
3. Returns for the ÉLEVÉ Fryer are accepted only if it is unused, includes all accessories, and is returned in the original packaging. If any parts or packaging are missing, a small restocking fee may be applied.
4. Return shipping cost: The customer will cover standard return shipping unless the item is defective, or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
5. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Exchanges: If you’d like a different item or replacement, contact us at [customercare@jojosseasoning.com or call (888) 779-2050] within the return window and we will process an exchange.
7. Items damaged in transit or defective: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund and cover shipping in this case.
8. All orders marked “preorder” have special terms: any cancellation requests must be made before the item ships. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
